are

Nice to meet you!

We’re Chris and Molly.

​

Our families both operated small businesses when we were younger, and we both worked in hospitality positions in our early years.

​

We gained a love for chalet hosting after working in the French Alps in some amazing properties, splitting our time between looking after the properties and exploring the Alps.

​

More recently, we’ve both worked in management consulting (Tourism, Events, Research, and Education) and this has refuelled our love for small business and entrepreneurship.  Seeing a gap in the market, we founded a property management business in Sydney in 2015, building our Northern Beaches portfolio from scratch to over 20 properties in a year. This business received the attention of a keen buyer, and we subsequently sold it in 2019.

Our experience in the Snowies.

We purchased a chalet in Crackenback in 2018 and that’s when our love for the Snowies really began.  The area has so much to offer year-round, and we love having a role in bringing people to this amazing place, be it for adventure or escape.

 

We’ve always known that our style of property management would work well in the Snowies and having recently sold our Sydney-based business, we set off on our next adventure!

 

Owning a chalet ourselves has allowed us to develop an understanding of the specific challenges faced by owners and service providers in the area, and assisted us to refine our responses to these challenges to make the most out of our investment.

What we do for owners.

We offer a flexible, professional, what you see is what you get, management style.

We provide a service where owners can be confident that their property is being professionally managed while minimising management costs.

Our business is structured so we only pay for services we use. We contract our cleaners, so we only pay them when we need them, and we’re supported by a network of tradespeople who we also contract only when needed. Lower overheads lead to cost savings, and we can pass on these savings to owners.

What we do for guests.

That’s simple. We provide comfort, cleanliness and great communication to keep them coming back time after time.
