Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions
This promotion is held by Alpine Property Management, ACN 644 166 389, PO Box 790 Newport Beach NSW 2106, (02) 8667 5374 (“APM”).
1. Definitions
Promotional Period: The promotional period runs from 1 August 2024 to 31 October 2024 inclusive.
Property: An individually listed space available for short-term rental accommodation.
Candidate: A new client of APM who executes a management contract for a property.
Standard Management Fee: The fee of 10%+GST based on property income and charged by APM for services.
Discount Period: A period of twelve (12) months, beginning on the first day of the month that the Candidate’s contract is executed and concluding on the final day of the eleventh (11th) subsequent month.
Discount: A full reduction of the Standard Management Fee for the Discount Period only.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the promotion, Candidates must:
a. Property Location: Own a property located in Crackenback Resort, 1650 Alpine Way Crackenback NSW 2627 (SP 37248).
b. Proof of Management: Provide proof of a current contract with an alternate property manager to APM.
c. Contract Agreement: Sign an exclusive 12-month management contract with APM during the Promotional Period.
3. 0% Management Fee
Discount Application: The Discount applies to the management fee for the Discount Period only.
Reversion to Standard Management Fee: At the end of the Discount Period, the management fee will revert to the Standard Management Fee.
Other Costs: All other costs, including but not limited to maintenance, third-party commissions (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO), and consumables, will still apply and are the responsibility of the Candidate.
4. Termination of Agreement
Early Termination: If the Candidate terminates the management contract before the end of the Discount Period, the Standard Management Fee will apply retrospectively to the period during which the Discount was applied.
5. Modification of Promotion
Right to Modify: APM reserves the right to alter or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
By participating in this promotion, Candidates agree to the above terms and conditions.
